About Us
Navarathanam Cotton Ginners was incorporated in 1999 as a vertically integrated unit with Palani Murugan Ginning Factory in 1979 to produce cotton fibres for leading spinning mills in India. In later years, we started to represent yarn spinners. Currently, we are in the developing process of organic farming, which will lead us to a fully integrated unit from farm to organic yarn. We have established ourselves as one of the premium quality yarn manufacturers in and around India by supplying yarns to top weaving mills.

Our specialized process starts with cultivating the seed and purchasing high-quality raw cotton, which first goes through dryers to reduce moisture content and then through cleaning equipment to remove foreign matter. These operations facilitate improved fiber quality. The cotton is then air conveyed to gin stands where revolving circular saws pull the lint through closely spaced ribs that prevent the seed from passing through. The lint is removed from ginning and then compressed into bales. Cotton is then moved to a warehouse for storage until it is dispatched to a textile mill for manufacturing yarns.

Further in the year 2020, we have expanded into open end spinning unit with our sister concern unit for producing various count in organic yarn and organic handloom yarns.
" We supply extra-long stable cotton which is equal to suvin cotton in bales form "
